I am experienced in new construction sales and in lot acquisition as well as existing property sales and purchases. Recently, I obtained my Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation which is a specialization in luxury home marketing and sales. This knowledge is extremely important when dealing with higher end home sales and purchases.
